Description

Registered Mental Health Nurse, however an RN with extensive mental health experience would be considered; to support a patient at Circle Rehab on a 1 to 1 basis. Ideally the RMN’s would be block booked to provide consistent care to our patient. The individual would have to work under our policies, to provide care interventions that is the least restrictive and would NOT be able to restrain in any circumstances. The expectation is to provide 1 to 1 care to reduce risks during the patient’s distressed periods. Additionally the expectation is to provide personal care, support with all ADLs, provide activities, and complete all relevant documentation. A full handover will be provided, with access to all relevant care plans.
