📋 Key Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
          • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
          • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere in the care home.
          • Help with daily record-keeping and ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with care plans.
          • Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

✅Skills and Experience:

• • • • • • A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support others.
          • Previous experience in care roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
          • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
          • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
